~70% of all children in Berkeley Schools are on free and reduced lunches.
~20% of all individuals in Berkeley County live at or below the Federal poverty level.
The statistics go on. Behind every statistic is an individual that is hungry, a mom that can’t feed her children, and an elderly person that has to choose between their medicine and food.
Imagine the joy of being able to give someone that has not eaten in days a box of food — that’s what our Feed Berkeley Food Pantry Team members get to do through a collaborative effort of many churches in the Berkeley County area. And it is so much more than simply handing someone a box of food. This team is committed to talking with and praying with every person that requests assistance.
The Feed Berkeley Food Pantry ministers to individuals in need of food:
Saturdays at 9:00am-12:00pm until supplies run out
